Our showroom is now open
We are pleased to announce that our showroom is now open to the public again.
To help keep our staff and customers safe we have been busy deep cleaning the showroom. We have spaced out our seating areas to comply with social distancing measures and are limiting the number of people who can enter our showroom at any one time. You can also take advantage of our virtual home design visits using Facetime, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
Before you visit
Please check our opening times before setting off.
We have implemented strict social distancing rules to enable safe shopping.
If you are experiencing covid symptoms we ask you please do not visit our stores to help protect others, stay home and seek advice by visiting 111.nhs.uk.
Self Screening: Do not enter if:
- You have had contact with anyone who is currently ill or feeling unwell
- You have a high temperature
- You have a new, continuous dry cough
- You have any of the following symptoms: Sore throat, runny or congested nose.
Limited numbers
When arriving at our store you may need to wait outside (or in your car) depending on the number of people in the store at the time. If there is no wait, please make yourself known to our team. The front office is located next to the main entrance.
Social distancing
We have arranged our meeting area so we can discuss your bathroom or kitchen while meeting social distancing rules. We ask that you keep 2m apart from others whilst in store.
Deliveries and installation
We use a selection of handpicked reliable tradesmen from the local area. If you would like installation during the social lock down please let us know and we will check out fitters diaries. If they cannot safely complete your installation without breaching social distancing measures we will have to arrange installation once social distancing rules have been relaxed.

We are now offering free video home design visits using Facetime, Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger. We’ll show you how to measure your own bathroom or kitchen so we can provide a free 3D plan and quotation. We’ll discuss the latest bathroom and kitchen design trends and help turn your ideas into a reality.
